The work that happens away from a desk.
Why you need it
A visit, a delivery, an inspection, an assessment done at the roadside. The record of that work usually reaches the office days later, on paper, written up by somebody who was not there, if it reaches the office at all.
The phone is already in the pocket of the person doing the work. We put the form there, with the photograph and the location attached, and the office sees it as it happens.

The job is done on Monday. The sheet travels back with somebody, gets typed up on Friday, and by then the detail that mattered is whatever the person still remembers.
Filled in where the work happened, with the photograph, the location and the time on it, while the detail is still fresh and the person who saw it is still standing there.
What was submitted is what the office is looking at, with the same reference on both. Nobody retypes anything, and nobody is waiting on a sheet of paper to travel.

We design it for where it will be used
The person using this is standing up, holding the phone in one hand, in a hurry, on a handset that is a few years old. A screen that tests well on a laptop often falls apart in that situation, so we design against the real conditions from the start.

We publish it and keep it published
Getting an app into Google Play and the App Store is its own process: developer accounts, review, listings, screenshots, and a fresh submission every time something changes. We handle that, and the updates after it.

Same record as the office
The app is a way into the same system, not a separate one that has to be reconciled later. That reconciliation is the cost everybody forgets.

Both platforms from the same system, so a fix lands in both and nobody in the field is running a different version to the office.
