ServicesBusiness systems (ERP)

One system, built around the way you already work.

Why you need it

Most companies here do not run on software. They run on a folder, four spreadsheets, a WhatsApp group and one person who remembers everything. That works until the person is on leave, or until somebody asks what the number is today and three answers come back.

A business system puts all of it in one place your team signs into, so the record exists whether or not anyone remembered to write it down. Not a template you have to bend your company into. The system that matches how the company already runs.

If we build exactly what your team already does on paper, only digital, why would they not switch?

  1. 01How it runs today
  2. 02What we change
  3. 03What you are left with

Some of it is in folders. Some is in spreadsheets. The rest is in chat messages and in people's heads. None of it talks to anything else, so nobody can see the whole thing at once.

We start from the process you already have. Every one of those pieces becomes a record in one place, with the same names, the same numbers and the same rules behind it.

One place to look. Finance, approvals, projects, stock and people, in English and Swahili, with a trail behind every entry showing who did what and when.

How we do it

The same order every time, because the order is most of the answer.

  1. 01

    We sit with the work

Time spent watching the process as it actually happens, not as the org chart describes it. The real rules are almost never the written ones, and they are the ones the system has to respect.

  2. 02

We build the part that hurts first

Not the whole company at once. The one process costing you this quarter, live and in daily use, so you can see it working before you commit to anything further.

  3. 03

The rest moves across as it earns it

Module by module, each one justified by the one before it. A system nobody is using yet is not an asset, so we do not build one.

  4. 04

    We stay on

What hurts changes as a business grows. Software that was right last year is only right this year if somebody is still looking at it. That is what we do.

Do not let your business run on one person’s memory.
