ServicesData analysis and reporting

Running it every day is what stops you seeing it.

Why you need it

Your system already tells you what happened this week. What it cannot show you is the shape of a year: the branch that quietly costs more than the others, the customer who always pays a month late, the line that has been shrinking for four quarters while everything around it grew.

We go through your data and come back with what is actually happening, and with something to do about each thing we found. You get the full findings and a short summary you can take straight into a board meeting. On a quarterly retainer we come back and mark off what was done, what was not, and what it cost you either way.

  1. 01Where your numbers live now
  2. 02What comes out of it
  3. 03And then we come back

A bank statement, an export from the system, a stack of receipts and two spreadsheets that do not agree with each other. Each of them is right about something and none of them is the answer.

You bring the data, or we collect it from wherever it lives. Put together, it shows things a week at a time never could, and every one of them arrives with something to do about it.

Next quarter opens on the same list. Each finding is marked carried out or not, with what that decision cost you. It is a harder conversation than a fresh chart, and a far more useful one.

How we do it

The same order every time, because the order is most of the answer.

  1. 01

We collect it from wherever it is

If we already run your system we have it. If we do not, we gather it from the sources you have, including the ones that are still on paper.

  2. 02

We look for what the week hides

Trends, outliers, and the things that only appear when a full year of data sits side by side. Written up in plain language, with the working shown so you can disagree with it.

  3. 03

    Every finding comes with context

What it is, how it came about, and what you can do to reduce it. A Certified Public Accountant reviews the whole thing before it reaches you.

  4. 04

Next quarter we check what got done

Every quarter opens on the last one's actions and says plainly which were carried out and which were not, then adds what the new data shows.
