This website is operated by Labedan IT Solutions, a company registered in the United Republic of Tanzania. References in these terms to we, us or our are to that company.

Purpose of this website

The website describes our services and the sectors we serve, and provides means of contacting us and of applying for employment. It is published in good faith and maintained, but it constitutes a description of our work rather than a specification of it.

The examples of screens and records appearing on this website are illustrations. They are representative of the work but are not the live data of any client.

No offer

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or an undertaking to deliver any service at a particular price or within a particular period. Scope, price and timing are established by proposal and thereafter by executed contract.

Descriptions of system functionality are descriptions of capability. The functionality of any system delivered to you is that specified in your contract.

Permitted use

You may read this website, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own use. You may not:

• Reproduce a substantial part of it for publication elsewhere as your own.
• Use it to transmit anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, including by means of the contact form.
• Attempt to obtain access to any part of it, or to any system behind it, to which access has not been granted to you.
• Extract data from it at a volume that impairs its operation for others, or use its content to train a model without our prior written consent.

We may restrict access where any of the above occurs. A suspected security vulnerability should be reported to support@labedan.solutions and should not be further exploited.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, illustrations and marks appearing on this website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright. Client names and logos are the property of those clients and appear with their permission. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use them.

Certain photographs on this website are used under a Creative Commons licence and are credited where they appear. Those credits form part of the licence and must accompany the image on any reuse.

Material you submit

You retain ownership of any enquiry or application you send us. You grant us permission to read, store and act upon it for the purpose for which it was submitted, as set out in our privacy policy.

Confidential information should not be submitted through the contact form. Where sensitive material must be shared before an agreement is in place, notify us and a confidentiality agreement will be executed first.

Third-party links

Where we link to a client, a regulator or another organisation, we do not control that website and accept no responsibility for it. A link does not constitute an endorsement of its content.

Availability

We take reasonable steps to keep this website available and accurate. We do not warrant that it will be available at all times or that every page will be free from error. We may amend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud and for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to the foregoing, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website, nor for indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue or data. Where a decision of consequence is to be taken, obtain written confirmation from us.

Employment applications

Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship, nor does it oblige us to consider or respond to it. Our handling of the information submitted is set out in the privacy policy. Information provided must be true and complete, and an offer may be withdrawn where it is not.

Our privacy policy and cookie notice form part of these terms and should be read together with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The courts of Tanzania have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your use is the version that applies. The date shown above indicates when it was last amended.
